Yes the fzr600 cams have about 1mm more lift and is common to put in a 1wg fzr400, when the 2tk come out they increased the lift to the same as the fzr600. All later fzr400s also had this increased lift( i measured both the 2tk cams and the 3en1 cams), not sure about the profiles though but I'd say they were the same.
The yzf600 is also exactly the same as the fzr600. I measure the lift and I sent one of each intake off to the cam grinder for checking. They said they were the same profile.

YG & Dru, thank you very much for all the input. I think all my questions as far as the swap have been answered. Now it's just a matter of getting the machining done to the parts (balance, hone, shot peening, so on so forth) and putting everything back together.
