Its twice the weight of the stock steel one  , just kidding, i need to find a good scale to weight it on, i will post it when i find a accurate scale. Probally not a whole lot of weight difference between this one and stock, but was a fun project.

Yeah the welds came out really nice, im thinking now i could have got away with 1/4 6061 aluminum on the shock mounts, braced up they probally would have been fine, but i may have overkilled it a little.

I finally got the shock mount on the bike, i made a mistake and had to have the shock mount tabs rounded off, they were hitting the top of the shock, but i think it came out pretty well  ImageImageImage

freaken looks beautiful man. Wish you could have thrown it on a scale so we could get an idea of the weight save. But damn looks trick as ever. Anodize it to make it look even more pimp!

Thanks, im going to take it off again, i still have to paint the main frame, so i have to find a good digital scale in which i dont have. Anodizing it would be nice, but you have to use a certain filler rod for your welds for it take the anodize color right. My guess is its lighter in weight, but no much.

There seems to be some interest in people wanting these made, if anybody wants one i can get them made for you for $155 each, you pay shipping.

There are a lot of parts that people offer where I say "no way, not worth it". Yours however; is a quality component and well worth the cost - well done!

Damn I'd be all over one for 155 if my shock mount didn't carry my lower subframe bolts too. Beautiful piece man.

Well i had my shock mounts polished up from my neighbor, and i managed to make them lighter also :headbang: ImageImage

I dont think the photos show how polished they are, i mean like a mirror.
