Integrated LED R6 Tail Light 99-00

Hi everyone. I'm new here, just thought I'd start off by saying hello. Anyway I've got a question. I recently purchased an integrated taillight for the R6 tail swap I'm doing (first gen) for roughly $50 off of ebay. The problem is, the thing was extremely poor quality. The LEDs died out after just a few minutes of use. So, my question is, does anyone know where I can purchase a quality integrated taillight from a trusted source?

If there are none on the market, then is it possible to replace my current LEDs with stronger, longer lasting ones, and if so, is it worth the effort? The integrated tail light is preferred for me, as the stalk holes for the turn signals on my under tray are broken off. Thanks to all in advance.
