I remember your pics of the frame last year and the subframe. Damn dude, that turned out sick for sure!!! You should bring over most of the build pics to the forum here.

lol, listen, Im a daily rider...I can only have about 24 hours of my bike being down. my fork swap took me about 30-60 mins to tear the bikes front down and put the r1 forks on.
The part that takes awhile is preparing the r1 forks...you just need to buy another fzr stem and have that pressed into the r1 lower triple.

anyways, you should show close ups of the rear sets and how you mounted the shifter arm...
People over here have been wanting to do that mod but just dont know what to do about the shift arm and stuff.
heres a little bit of info , ill write about it more in a new thread later........

Thanks Bmiller for posting the pics ... I remember this build on the archives.. The white frame is awsome.. Not sure how easy it will be to live with as a daily driver..
