Not sure bout you guys but I think even my yzf swingarm is at an angle and I think that's making mine alil too stiff. And mine bolts right up . But a lot stiffer then stock swingarm. I hope its just that old ass shock!

You may need a new spring. Thats what Im trying to figure out on the 99-02 R6 spring. I guess Ill try it first. Spyder used the 03-05 and his is fine.

So the YZF swingarm bolts right up to the FZR? Only changes you have to make is the sprockets and chain right? What is the point in doing the R6 swap then? Bigger tire? More aggressive shock? Just curious because one of the next things I would like to do is the YZF swingarm.

The YZF does not bolt right up. You have to grind down the swing arm to fit. You will need a different front sprocket flipped around to bring it out more. Once you cut down the YZF swinger to fit then you have to space out the pegs and such. You will also need everything from the the rear YZF swinger....wheel, tire, etc....
The YZF swinger is easier to mod than the R6.

The R6 for me is looks and a larger tire and is more difficult to mod.
