Make sure the float is at the right level. That would be the first thing I would check in a carb that was rebuilt and still runs shitty...

if you need anything else go to http://www.3wheelerworld.com there is a guy named jason85atc250R who has a ton of trike parts. pull starts sucks, i had a 200x with a worked 185s motor with 10.25:1 compression. a guy went to pull start it and ripped the mucsels in his arm...needless to say i sold the motor a week later.
check um out. 185 carb works also but its smaller, alot of guys will use a 200x carb or a xr200 carb.
