valve clearances and adjustments

where as us older generation were hands on on the two strokes the fourstroke is a lttle more complicated for the younger generation there must be someone on this site who is able and willing to create a thread on valve adjustment clearances and shim replacment any volinteers

The manual is also a great resource for something as in depth as valve clearance adjustments.

i agree olie the link is use full info i myself have never done valve clearances as of a few of the guys around here as we used a great guy to do it for us ,he is no longer with us ,but i will certainly be having a go shortly with a bit of help from the community i am sure i will accomplish ,i will also take photos and a writeup of all procedures and if it goes wrong itll be called ( what not to do) with the shim calculator on here it should be easy
