FZR 400 Streetfighter

Post by csofos »

This is how i made my old fzr. In Greece there are just a few (on the road) fzr 400's. I had to pay a lot of money for fairings. I also always liked streetfighters. So i took the decision to make the all job.Image

I love it!

Clean. Stylish and you definitely updated the look of the bike.

What fairings did you end up using? And is that chrome/silver paint on the tank?
8 Bikes so far...more coming too...Image

Fairings i mean the plastics of the bike. The tank is nickel plated. My tank cover is metallic, not plastic.

You did a very extensive restore job on that bike. Did you do any motor work when you were rebuilding the motor?

Actually no. Nothing special. I only change the piston rings. And i made a very small modification on the ports. Well, it's only 400cc's and i don't think it's worthing to bother with. But what i really want to do, it's to put a 600cc engine on it. Then i'll do MANY things!!!
