It is a Honda RVF 750 or 400 (RC45 or NC35). Probably the 400, but it is really tell by the size. The styling was very clsoe to the YZf600 / 750 Foxeye's.

There is a company out in Cali that has been working on the development of the RVF400 engine for over a decade for their own racing efforts. They got it up to 90rwhp with a 50cc bore kit that is reliable. More than that and they keep grenadeing the engine. They are suppose to be working on a stronger crank and fuel injection that will hopefully pull it up to 105rwhp from a 450cc engine. But they are already spending 20k and engine without those mods.

Yeah, I know a guy in my area (L.A.) with an RVF400 that has received some work with a Cosworth piston kit. He kept it fairly mild, but there are reports from a rider in the UK who has had problems with the wrist pins backing out of those pistons in a stroker motor. (It seems the circlips wore into the pistons to the point that they would no longer retain the wrist pin). There were some concerns that the same might happen to my friend's bike, but he is hoping for the best since he is running a stock stroke.
