i've seen an agusta mv 1000 on race fuel in the beginner group at tpm track days. i don't think guy was so arrogant as this tho.
as for the video, i think almost everyone suffers from this syndrome to some degree, at least in the wash dc area. even buying a street bike, people think a 600 is too slow to start out on.

I was a somewhat cocky after a couple track days, but when that guy on the SV650 passes you... man, you realize how little you really know.

even in the advanced group with Team Pro-Motion, i 'tried out' to become a track coach, and the head coach was on a SV650 slowly leaving me on my r6 around shenandoah at summit point. granted, it was my second time on that track and prolly his 20th.

... in my defense, it was a super twisty track, with no real long straights. ha ha ha.... but yeah, definitely humbling. and yes, i got accepted
