I'm going to need to be locked up soon. The addiction is just getting worse. I just picked up this baby for a steal of a deal. 1990 400. The bike has had 2 owners since new and both within 30 min of me. Fully safety wired for the track. Clean IL title and zero frame damage...which I find amazing for it being a track bike most of its life. The engine is stock he said. Not sure if the forks had any work done to them or not.

My buddy's wife's 400 getting some minor work done to it. She just got it a week ago and it cleaning it up. She registered but hasn't posted yet. Maybe this will get her to stop lurking.


The bike was dyno'd in 2000. 58.3 HP and 26.7 Torque Not horrible for just an exhaust and jets.

but actually its only his first 400, and I heard you need one of each so he's actually behind. where's your 250 and 1000?

Good find! You're right - it is very difficult to find a frame that isn't dented or trashed.
