This thread will also be a dual purpose thread. It will follow my current build on the 400 frame but will also show some work going into the 600 framed bike that will be for sale come spring.
Cleaning parts. Those of you that followed my last build know how OCD I am about cleaning parts.

Clean front wheel

Clean front forks and painted lowers.

Fixing the scuffed peanut cover.

The Cobra F1 exhaust pulled apart and cleaned up.

Cleaned and hi-temp painted the inside of the muffler before it gets repacked and put back together.

The pimptastical paint job on the rotors for the bike I'm selling.

The top tree in anodized blue glory! The 600 frame bike is going to be black/blue/silver.

The new body! Had to have some dents filled so I could have one sweet looking 400 frame once it gets powdercoated.

Cleaned up the front calipers. Not sure if I'm going to have them powdercoated or not yet, but I pulled all the seals and pistons just in case.

Attempting to get the top section off. The R1 fork is not easy to work on without the proper tools. I did get creative and made it a little easier but man, not something I want to do often.

I'm trying to show the small dent in the lower left corner of the gold fork tube. It came that way and it doesn't hit anything or cause any problems but I'd like to fix it. Problem is I have no idea how. I can't mar up the inside of the tube so I don't know if it can be fixed. Any ideas?

That's all I have for right now. I need to get over being sick (been so for the last 2.5 week) and then maybe I can get my ass in gear for the things that are going to take some serious time.
