just installed my new galifer rotors yesterday...only needs a new more thing to hit the strip...and yes thats a real carbon fiber front fender but it had to be returned since it does not line up right on the bike...but it looks sweet!

Pretty cool man. Its looking good now that you showed some love towards it. Getting a new chain? Those rotors look freakin cool. How you like riding it? Much faster than the old fiz huh? Are you going to fix the plastics eventually? Try and find some the same color to replace with?

i got that rear tire when i bought the bike...the kid bought for the next owner (which turned out to be me) somone did a burn out and that was all. i got a used front tire also with 3K miles on it so i figured id just wear these guys out and maybe in a year get some new skins. i got a chain and i will have my buddy cut the rk120 link down wensday so then ill install that. the plastics i think ill keep and get some plastex, unless i find some on ebay that have no cracks. ill get them painted later, maybe next year since i spend nuff money this year and i had an auto accident which just cost me $500 outta pocket.

i didnt polish the wheels, just striped the paint of the lips. i would like to polish them and then clear coat over the polish aluminum so i never had to polish them again...winter project if i have time, if not they look pretty good as is.

havent riden it since i road it home, but yeah it had way more power then the fzr...made the fzr feel like a 250..

I can't blame him really, that's the best looking color scheme on any 929 i've ever seen, even with he minor rash. Hey, the rash gives it character, just put on some sunglasses you'll never notice it.

ALSO...i noticed your fairings are almost totally different than mine, you have a lower piece or 2 that's not on the bike right now. Mine isn't like that, it's more like the FZR but under where the turn signals are there are some "hidden" fairings with wires in them, which fasten from the "back side". I've never had to take them off though, but to release the main fairings I have to take out a plunger screw that goes thru them from the back side, easy to break and they're kind of impossibly to see / feel.

Where your gas tank and upper frame are also... mine have another fairing piece that covers up the airbox intakes.
Heh, your fairings look easy compared to my Rubik's cube assembly.

Nice job on the wave rotors, yeah, you got plenty of bling to last quite a long time. I'm more jealous of the Corbin, this thing kills my butt after a while.
