Zero,
no tube except square LoL but rolled sheet & mig weld ?
I haven't looked too hard for welded tube just because i'm being picky, but it might be easier to find and then i could just turn it so the weld is on the inside.
If it is Migged properly and then plannished and chemi treated for heat blue-ing from the weld then it should be damned near invisible

Man I can't find it on ebay. I don't even care about the wall thickness as long as i have a 3 3/8 inch inner diameter but no one seems to go over 3" on ebay. The reason i'm picky is because i need my endcaps to fit in perfectly.

whoops, sorry, guess I should have re-linked

2" diameter and 10" length isn't that big is it?

No overflow will fit under the tail anymore as I have the custom passenger seat on the airtech tail as well as the VR relocated under the seat.

On the one hand i think this overflow would look cool, on the otherhand I want to minimize the accessories that are showing and try to hide everything. I want to just have the frame and fairings be obvious and keep everything else minimal. I want to try to hide the shock res to but we'll see

Here is what the Honda AMA team does. If your still using only one head light, there should be room on the other side for a small bottle.

Yes, that is a Single Sided Swingarm FZR600 that I built.

Something is lurking, waiting, wanting to be built......It calls to me from the darkness....

I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel....Then I realize that it is the train coming to run my ass over....

Yeah I can get plexi cut, the problem is removing the bastards. They look like they are in there pretty good, but i was thinking of baking them or putting a heat gun to them in the event that they might be glued in
