Only problem will be when they ask for some form of receipt...

Although you should be able to argue that the FZR puts out far less hp and torque than the 06 Z750 and it uses a 520. Honestly.

IDK

well! I talked with RK and they finally got back to me on some pricing for a replacement chain due to my "predicament."

GB520XSO-120 Gold $45.48
GB520GXW-120 Gold $55.39
520XSO-120 Non gold $39.57
520GXW-120 Non gold $47.98

I would say that's pretty damn good! Yeah, i'd like it warrantied obviously, but those BG520GXW's go for $150 new.......
I'm waiting on sprocket pricing as well

Well boys and girls, I buckled down and bought probably the most expensive mod that I am going to purchase for this rebuild. God is she purty.

What could be in here?!!?
Image

Flo-Commander, you're so pretty :-D
Image

And you brought a friend!?
Image

Couple parts for the remote :whistle
Image

All together now!
Image

So with this kit (and my pods) I should be able to tune on the go without ever having to change jets. Just give the remote a little twist in the right direction and tune by the seat of my pants. So excited!

Maybe thatkid and I can reverse-engineer these baddies for everyone on the site.

Thats pretty sweet :headbang: I think Id be tempted to fiddle with it too much...I guess that's the point though. Where are you going to mount the remote?

Nice bike btw, I dig the orange and black.

Not too sure where to mount it. It has to be somewhere easily accessible so maybe i can squeeze it on the triple somewhere.

OK guys I need a favor. Those of you with an aluminum gauge cover, could you trace that onto a sheet of paper and send it to me? I want to create something like it, but not with the big extra tab with the FZR on it. It would be much appreciated!

Wouldn't it be cheaper, easier and fast to have them scan it and you can print your own? You could also add those My Little Pony graphics you've been talking on and on about before you print the template.
