Well I was able to get it to run today and took it down the street. The carbs are severely jacked up. Won't start without choke and with choke it revs to like 6k once I pull the clutch in after it's moving. I got it to idle at around 2k but it was a hunting idle, not steady. Also wouldn't even register on the carb sync tool. I cleaned the crap out of the carbs so I'm not sure what's up. Any ideas?

idk, maybe try throwing a stock airbox on? I guess it could be something goofy like that. you adjusted the idle and everything i'm guessing.
