New update from this weekend. Dillon got his flow commander all squared away. Tore apart the carbs and cleaned them and found some interesting things...
Cleaning the main unit
All the parts laid out waiting to be cleaned.
About to put in the FP Nickel Plated tubes.
Anyone ever seen those caps before? Know what they do? I'll also point out that Dillon's needles have 7 clip positions making me think he has a stage 7 kit...which wouldn't be that off since the bike was a race bike.
Some holes drilled in the air filters and the tube starting to be run.
Filing away so the mount for the flo-commander will fit.
The final setup with the remote shown.
We enlisted my friend Emily to help scrape the paint off Dillon's wheel so it's read for powdercoating.
Dillon added the nipples to the spark plugs so they'll work with the Ford coil conversion.
And, since Dillon was afraid of catching SARS last time he was down, he went with a little added protection this time around.
That's all I got.

You take the distributor from a Ford ZX2 and replace the stock fzr distributor.
