That link says 91 and that's a 1000 not a 600.

YZF frame/sub-frame/swinger/rim/peanut cover, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's '94 or better YZF.

Forget it, its diferent, damn my frame is really a thundercat frame! but the vin numbers match the 92 documents! lol

Engine number isnt speciffied in the doccuments so it can be changed with no problem...

Is there any plate with the VIN numbers etc on the frame besides the VIN number that is in the steering column?

GuGa,
you have what they call in the trade a "ringer" perfectly good documents & a "VIN" plate to match on a completely different bike most likely stolen..........................

IF you have a bill of sale and you bought it in good faith (ie not at a bar for a silly price ) you lose your bike but not go to jail.

I hope it is well insured against theft, never know someone could solve your problem & steal it never to be found and you get your cash back. Stranger things have been known to take place in this funny old world .

hehe portuguese arent smart enough to do that! lol and theres no VIN plate, the vin number is imprinted in the metal, and it looks stock, not some cheap ilegal imitation, trust-me ive checked for that cuz i dont wanna be in trouble.

Oh and second here no entity checks for vin numbers etc at least for now, only on cars, i hope my bike isnt stolen and i trust the guy i bought it, he really looked trust worthy (but who knows right?)

Correct, a '94 FZR from Europe, known as the YZF in North America. Like I said, there's no way your bike is any older than '94. ;)

The dead giveaway that it's a thundercat is the foxeye front.

That is a Euro FZR600R. Click here. I've explained the differences between the two. As I said earlier in this thread, your bike is probably a 96+. Does your airbox have tubes going into to it and do your carbs have a TPS on them? That's ram air setup which was brought in for 96. The front forks are Seca II (the top clamp gives that away) OR 90-92 FZR600 <-- that could explain why your documents say it's a 92. Either way..the bike looks good. Enjoy it.

Thanks all.
Im not sure my carbs have or not tps but i think they dont, and the airbox is like the previously posted pic of a dismanteled yzf600, exactly like that, ill try and take some pictures of it with no tank myself.
