Howdy from Cape Town South africa

Post by noodlemonkey »

Hi All, Relatively new to the forum, wanted to show off my two beauties,

This is my most recent purchase - Had her about 3months now - its a 1996 Yamaha FZR1000 - known locally as the Fox eye - She is no joke and has had some modifications done to her including,
Full Akrapovic exhaust system,
Keihin 41 Flat CR slide carbs
Aftermarket cam - not sure on the specs though,
High compression aftermarket pistons - also not sure on specs
Cylinder head has had some work done to is - mainly attention to the ports

My other beauty is my 1992 Yamaha FZR1000 - Still standard engine wise, but has also got a full Akropovic exhaust system (bought both bikes from the same owner)
This is my daily rider until the beauty above stops giving me a hard time :D
