I don't know what you want for this bike but pictures will certainly help you sell it. Also put it on Craigslist locally. A 20 year old bike that doesn't run is not worth much to any buyer.

I will buy a few parts off it...

All it needs is a TCI box? It appears you've been looking for one for almost 10 months. It shouldn't be that difficult to find. You should have posted in the Items Wanted forum rather than piggy-backing other threads.
