Project Impossible for sale!

Really encouraging title, huh? Well, here is the deal. I bought an FZR a year or two ago that supposedly only needed a little work done on it to make it road worthy. Long story short, it was a complete setup and most everything was ghetto rigged up to look like it was ready to go. Was i shocked to see that there was no brake fluid? a little. How about the fact that the rotors werent actually bolted on? some how missed that, but ok, maybe he did some fork work. Oh! lookie, no rings on the pistons.. lemme guess why my compression gauge didnt move.

Anyway. the list goes on forever. But i decided i could do something about it. I bought new wiring harnesses, new rims(oh yeah, the front rim was a ninja rim that definitly didnt fit and thats why the rotors werent attatched), new forks, new R6 front brakes, and began a 660 conversion on it(just needs the cam and to be put back together, bought the rods and the top end and the carb and the gaskets and spacer.) basically was going to do it all over. but every time i put something to it, something new comes up. and i have probably put in upwards of $2k into something i could have easily bought and had running for $1200 so now, i am just going to sell it off as a package deal, for no where near what anything is worth because i just want the space in my shed back.

So here it is, first person to show up at my house with $500 gets every single bit of fzr parts i own. There is even an extra frame with some stuff still on it too. multiples of many parts. i mean, all kinds of goodies. steering stabilizer, some unmarked shock with a remote resevoir. Lindman engineering rebuilt forks. theres a lot of good to it, i just dont see it ever coming together as a bike on its own, really only looking like its going to be worth anything as a collection of interesting parts. So here it is, an easy 660 conversion if you are into that.

Rock on guys, i love the community(never was a big part of it, but when i was you guys were great) and i am sure that someone is in need of a boneyard for an fzr project of their own. Just incase my profile doesnt say, I am in Blairsville, GA pretty much 2 hours north of ATL. I run a pizza restaurant so when we finish the dirty work i will treat you to dinner as well.

Yeah, the way i looked at it was... $100 bucks for the r6 brakes, 50 bucks for the r6 regulator, 50 bucks for the battery, 100 bucks for the set of good rims, 100 bucks for the yzf pistons, 150 for the yzf carbs, 200 for the yzf top end.... for a total of $750 in valuable parts.... then i pay you $250 to take all the other shit with you :deal:

Why don't I live in GA? I need forks if someone does buy this. Keep me in mind. A titled frame would be easier too but I'd settle for forks.

Excellent, as fair as i would like to be, time is of the essence and as stated, first one to my door with cash wins lol. i will do my best to make sure everyone interested knows not to make a trip if someone is already gets it. I am on my iphone all the time so contact is easy as all of my emails are "pushed" to my phone. Not as well as my blackberry, but it does fine i guess. So, keep in touch.
