Girly Green Bikes

Post by megaloxana »

So my girlfriends birthday is coming up soon and I want to do something to her bike. She bought a 2008 ninja 250r a while back and I know she wants it to be a bit more girly. So anyway I was thinking of adding some graphics to it, but I can't think of anything good that won't make it look like a watermelon.

You guys got any ideas?

i love that new 250 ninja. i wish they had that when i got mine. they hadn't changed the look since the 80's, and was ready for an update. anyways, now that i've got that out, you could do something really girlie and get a bunch of butterfly graphics on it, i don't think that would look like a watermelon. or some ROXY decals? depending on the color anything would look pretty good for a girlie bike. thats just my opinion though, and everyone's got their own ideas  good luck, and post up some more pics of the 250 :-D

I guess painting the wheels and frame pink are out then ;)

Maybe some stampeding unicorn graphics (i don't know if unicorns stampede, but it seems girly) or a horse. Do the graphics in black or something contrasty like orange, but I'd try to keep the green because it looks pretty hot on those new ninjas.

Or you could figure out how to mount FZR body panels on it, I hear that adds like 50HP.

lol pretty sure she would kill me if I did that.

I'm definatly keeping the green as the main color, i just need to accent it with girliness. I've been looking on the net for over an hour trying to find a green girlie bike but no luck. I dunno where I would find stampeding unicorn vinyl either lol.

I was thinking maybe some pink or purple stars down the side IDK

Im gonna get her a fender eliminator too while I'm at it.

I think it would kill me to rattle-can a new bike. The pink and purple with stars looks very girly, but then you're getting rid of the green.
