Ago was riding his MV (of Augusta fame) 350 triple bike (as he did at the IoM) and Pasolini is on a Bennelli (who are still in business but small bikes 125& 250(?) and scooters to I believe)

I got the low down from a mate who was there (unedited :-):
"This is 1968 ,monday after the race at Modena,Italian Champs, passo beat
Ago on the Sunday and it was a staged race for the film,if you look
closely on the start number 6 is Terry Dennehy on an Aermachi, wow
Grasseti, Pagani, Bergamonti,Ambrosini MV test rider"
My mate was mechanic for & brother in law of Dennehy.

last I heard Bennelli had been bought by a chinese company and was making angular looking sport bikes, think KTM with more lines. I had a non running version sold via Montgomery Wards years ago that I sold to my neighbor. Single cylinder two stroke standard with drums front and back
