Yzf front end swap help

Got a yzf 600 front end upgrade put on my Fzr600. Forks brakes tire. First speedo was off by 10 I have stock Fzr cable on it. Then I switched just the cable to the yzf one like just the inside metal spinning part and it put it off even more then just stopped working. I need a fix soon before I get a ticket thanks

is it off high or off low it seems the only different from before and after is the speedo gear at the wheel around the axel. i think i heard they are the same ratio so it should be correct id check there.

its low... but i tryed to switch the fzr and yzf one the yzf is bigger for there wider axle.
