FZR with custom engine cradle.
Anyone know where I can find the pic of the FZR with a custom engine cradle? Actually there was no cradle he just had a member go from the front most engine mount to the engine. It looked great, I just can't find the picture anymore.

Re: FZR with custom engine cradle.
No.
It was like a custom mount from the engine to the frame. So there is no more cradle.

Re: FZR with custom engine cradle.
Man am having trouble finding some stuff I came accross earlier.
If anyone knows please help me out.
The weight of the 400 frame is how much? I remember it being roughly half of the 600 frame weight.
Also the weight of the 400 subframe is 13lbs or 23? I've seen both. But currently can't find either to support my self hahah.
The only one I know for sure is that the engine cradle weighs 8lbs each. And even that info I can't find again for reference. I feel like I am losing my mind.

No, it was on a 600 I Think or possibly a 400. I've been searching for hours and can't find it again.
It was on a fightered bike though that's for sure.

Some 400 sub frames were steel and some alloy hence the weight difference.......Freestyle72 wrote:

Re: FZR with custom engine cradle.
Yup I'll add all this stuff. I am compiling a bunch of stuff right now. Just trying to make sure all my facts are straight first.
Also when I take my bike apart I am gunna retake all these measurements to be 100% certain of values.

Re: FZR with custom engine cradle.
If it was a 400 you saw then it was a 3TJ FZR400RR. I don't recall them officially coming to North America. There have been numerous ones imported here though.
