scored me a 1996 ZX7r in pretty good shape needing a few repairs, runs really smooth, fulll muzzy exhause and is the lime green and blueish purple style. damn kid took pics off CL already but ill have it friday morning and snap a new pics for ya guys.

he was asking 2500 OBO with 22K miles, i said 1800 cash now, hes a college kid and got a DUI and under age drinking on it...so he needed MONEY!

and his step dad gave me a free bottle of his (special grape wine too!)

heres a oem pic of what it looks like to give ya guys a visual. wanted somthing more fun to throw around in the turns...the wheelies got old on the 929 cuz thats all it was good for.

Nice! those are supposed to have great balance and front end feel.

A buddy of mine has one and it hauls. His is a 98 with a muzzy slip on and I forget what jet kit. Look out for the wiring on it, Kawi under engineered it some on those bikes from what I read trolling the kawi forums. You may need to do some upgrades if someone hasn't gotten to them already.

I need actual pics bro. You know me. And this will need a proper build thread too so I suggest you start one once you get it to the house

yeah i will tear it to the frame for sure. i am projecting a 2 month rebuild process only due to the fact i have a xr200r im redoing the top end on (new bore job) and a 300ex quad i gotta replace the electrical system on and my spare time redoing a 84 200x and working on the house....luckly im gonna sub the polishing work out to one of my good friends who offered to pollish it for free, hes good! i just gotta gotta get him some food every now and then so yay i dont gotta do that part.

heres my bike. i am putting it up forsale. i handle good but for some reason i cant seem to get comfortable on it. ive been having achy back after i rider sportbikes, the bike really pulls after 8K rpms, kinda like a power band. its a nice bike but my body just cant seem to get comfortable on it. 140 miles in 2 days and i cant wait to get off it, just a bad choice for me, or else its me and not the bike.

anyway asking 2500 OBO since i cleaned it all up.

Well that didn't last long but a painful bike is no good. Did you think about getting riser bars for it? May be worth it if you like the bike enough
