I want to get that undertail but idk if it DOT approved...And i live in MAss if that helps...And i cannot call my dmv b/c they never answer the damn phone... lol

Yes it needs to be so i can pass inspection...My other tail is all busted up and looks really bad and thats one of the things i failed in the inspection

Go talk to an inspector , you will find he may not like the integrated turn signals in your state, some will allow some will not from what I have read on the various forums.

i live in mass to it all depends on the inspector some will let dot light slide if there aproved and others wont pass anything thats not stock do what i do and skip the inspection i only got one bike inspected once just dont have the time why dont you glass up or bondo the broken tail to pass then swap to the other one the police dont know whats approved or not

Well im just about to get that tail light then just not hook up the blinkers...Then buy some cheap ass signals and hook them up with a mounting kit
