YZF Engine in a 3TJ Frame?

OK so I found a bike for about 2000USD which is a 3TJ not sure of the year yet. But it runs and looks well enough. I will ground up rebuild her anyway.
I am wondering if a YZF engine will just bolt in as easy as on the 1WG. Has anyone done this or know of any write ups?

If I recall there isn't much to it. Might want to talk with BMiller. He actually had a 3TJ race bike with a YZF motor in it.

Hopefully he remembers any GOTCHA's of the build I doubt there are many.

OK Thanks I will get in touch with him then.
I need to get some cash up first but I can do that. I would basically take all the items I have on the 3EN frame YZF engine R6 Front End wider wheel etc and move it over to the 3TJ frame. I would adapt eh Kawasaki ZX 6 body work over on to it as well, since I have spare race sets for it. If I spy one I might sell the FZR-400 (1WG) fighter racer I am just finishing just to get the 3TJ.
Thanks for the help. Seems like there is nothing to difficult in the swap.
