Which service manual to get?

Found the Haynes but dont know if they are any good or not. I know in the past I've had them for cars but they were pretty basic. Do most use the factory service manual? If so where do you source it at?
Just a little background info, I've worked as a tech at a dealership on CARS and consider myself a fair mechanic, but am new to wrenching on bikes.

Hi,
Haynes is fine although it does have a mis-print or two but they are documented here on the site, Yamaha service manuals are scarse but do a search on ebay & keep it so that should one pop up e-bay will email you details mine cost me £7.50 about 3hrs ago :-}
