Fuel dumping out of carb overflows?

Alright so I got past my clutch plate chatter by adding lock-tight and retightening the spring bolts. So I thought it was time to ride but as soon as I put it to run and the fuel pump started to kick on fuel dumped out of the carb overflows. This happened once before and I replaced all the lines and fuel filter and it was fixed. However, this will not stop and I have even started the bike thinking it might just be flooding the cylinders or something and it was still a steady stream from the carb overflows even with the bike idling normally? Any ideas? Anyone want to buy my bike?!?!?!?!

Try some seafoam to unstick the floats.

Sounds about right, Tap each float bowl solidly with a screwdriver handle (bout the only thing that will get round that space)
If theat does not work take the tank cover a& tank out and squirt seafoam as Darrin suggested down the inlet line. Run the engine till she dries out.
Then put the tank back hook up and test
