Not as a straight swap. You would need some custom spacers and bushings I think mainly do to axle differences.
Yes, that is a Single Sided Swingarm FZR600 that I built.

If this was 4 weeks ago, I could have ripped both models apart and given you dimensions. But Mark sold his bike and Billy is a little busy to rip the rear of his apart right now.

If someone else has these parts, they could provide you dimensions of things. Beyond that, you would need to start buying some things and measure them to see what the differences are. I would start by buying the rear axles and try to find spacers as well. They would be the cheapest. You might be able to swap bearings in the wheel to cope with the axle differences, but don't quote me on that.

Do you have any parts right now? Why are you wanting to use a 99-02 wheel (to keep the 3 spoke?)?

GM,
if the axle on the bike is thinner than the R6 one asimple sett of spacers is easy to make there are at least 4 guys who are capable of doing this work for you on this list.

Failing that a quick troll round the nearest industrial estate must find a machine shop and then it is time to make anew best friend with the lathe guy whilst holdin a almost concealed bottle of JD or JB :whistle

Just pick up the axle and spacers for the 03-05 and take some measurements. It should be close.

By the way, the rear wheel if interchangeable up to the current model year R6S. So you don't have to look only for 03-05.
