So, its riding season around here, if it ever stops raining, and long story short I need emulsions tubes bad. So I broke down after searching craigslist and ebay for some out of a good set of carbs and went for the shiny new factory pro set. I placed my order 3/27 and recieved a recipt of my order and an email saying I will shortly recieve shipping information. Well I didnt get anything for a week so yesterday, 4/03, I emailed to inquire about the status of my order and they seem to have lost all record of me. They had me send my recipt to them to verify my order but since it is the weekend Im pretty sure I wont hear anything til monday. I was actually hoping to have them and put them in by monday. But oh well... This must be a one time thing since so many people swear by FP on here. This is also my first experience with them. I guess I made this topic to vent a little and see everyone elses experiences with them. At least I know Im waiting for a great product I guess.

I can't say that they're the fastest at shipping... but they have a good product. They're products are not a "value". I feel that they charge way too much for their stuff, but since there is a limited number of manufacturers, I guess they can get away with it.
But, the one thing about FP that is for certain - they have the worst website I have ever used.

I've never had issue, but I have a friend that lives down the street from FP and he does a "Group Buy of 10 or more" over on the EXUPBrotherhood site. Has gotten to be fairly good friends with Marc the owner.

+10 on all that. WAY too pricey for the stuff. worth buying though. and ya, worst website i've seen since the days of dial up back in the later 90's.
my shift kit got here relatively quick. course im only in AZ so its not too far of a trip.

F***ing useless the most insular bunch of numpties I ever tried to do business with. Website why bother with the world wide web if they will not sell outside the lower 48 states ?
Parochial or what ?
If some one here know s the owner tell him he is giving the US a bad name with his sales peoples attitude .

Ive been emailing back and forth with marc and it seems that its all worked out except for waiting for the product. It definatly is pricey. I would imagine machining the emulsion tubes is expensive but $96 dollars worth + materials? I think they have the monopoly on them anyways though.
As for the website... How many sales do you think are lost through there? Ricidulous...
