Need some advice

96' zx7R so i found this fixer upper $600 but i'm gonna offer him 300
i doubt he'll bite
this is what the guys says "" Project bike'never finished.No title but ligit!Motor strong and fast,swing arm holds 2oo rear tire,Hindle muffler,race sprocket.needs a cdi brain.frame in good cond.""
anyways can u guys tell me what u think and what you would offer .. thanx fellaz

PMF,
Personally I would not touch it as you have no history / title that makes it not stolen parts/ !
There is No CDI so the engine could be "Cattle trucked " and you have no way of telling ,it sounds like a money pit with possible jail time no thanks

No title but its clean.
Then where the heck did the title go? Sold it to someone else? I think that fat ass rear tire is worth 300 bux! so there is obviously something fishy going on.

project bike like that are not worth fixing....only good for parts at that point.

Unless you are gonna use it for parts or part it out or make it a track only bike then i don't think it would be a good idea to even contact him.

- Folks will say anything now days to make a buck, I would say pass on this one let some High School student take it on as a fisrt car type MONEY PIT

if you could get it for 300......put that front end on your 600 see if the hindle will fit and ebay the rest of the crap

I respect you guys thoughts. I called the guy he don't wanna budge under 600. He told me he has a couple of people coming to look at it. But I hope they are as wary as me about it . But I figured if hell take 300 I can't really lose if I was to part it. Again Thanks for your thoughts. Flo@
