If it's a bar for either side with no belly wrap those are usually for racing not stunting. It's enough to save the sides a little at hi speed and they don't stick out as far as a full cage.

lol

FWIW, I threw sliders on my GSXR.... However, if I wreck the bike, the front end will still probably take the biggest hit.

It was these sliders, weren't they rage?

I guess the bars would provide more protection, but personally don't like the look of them. Would they interfere with your legs at all?

My vote is on sliders.

The bars provide more protection and we all know how costly that honda bodywork is. The sliders look nicer though and go with that bling theme you got goin. You have them both so it wouldn't hurt to try them both out and see which you prefer. Best answer I can give.

for the bars the only dif hardware i need to get is upper engine bolts (need longer ones) and a long ass pivot bolt for the motor...that would be the bastard to find. well i got a few months yet to find some hardware.
