I think these are pretty awesome looking. The price is pretty high. I'd say with all the knowledgeable people here somebody could make some that would fit right and look as good for cheaper.

If they would mount up though I might spring for the price. :drink:

i dont see why they would not fit you would just have to see how big the hole is

R6 axle is bigger than the FZR so that particular model won't fit. Thatkid has made one for the FZR600 before.

if it says univeral , chances are it will fit .. if it says for a specific bike then maybe not .. mine isnt that detailed but it also isnt a fully closed either its open on one half to slide into the axle bolt , this is what mine looked like when i had it on but i have since moved my plate under the tail for the moment ..

Can't you just use washers if the whole is too big?

Correct me if I'm wrong but if the axle is tight, it shouldnt matter really.

The issue with that one will be the thickness. You won't be able to get the castle nut on far enough. At least I wouldn't be able to for my liking.

"This tag bracket mounts to your stock swingarm and is made of 100% billet aluminum powder coated black" Because there is such a thing as 80% billet aluminum???? Personally sounds like they are really trying to hard to justify that ungodly expensive price. Not to mention there is no way that thing is a solid piece of aluminum. The amount of waste on it would be huge and costly.

If my mill was working I'd make you one much cheaper. As of right now I can't do the intricate designs but I could still make a basic one.

I can get my brother to mill one of these
his got assess to a CNC water jet machine that will cut threw I believe it was 6" steel.
he can make the bracket say FZR on it. and have the right sized axle hole.
but there will still be a problem with the axle length.
if my buddies threading system on any of his metal lathes worked, then I can make longer axles.

If I do the undertail exhaust I will have to use one of those. I like them.

I found a good deal on these:

They're at http://stores.claytoncustomz.com/StoreFront.bok
They have a sell until the 29th where you get the swingarm plate mount and a led lightbar for it for $49.95. I just ordered mine.

Yeah, but you could get the one with the tuning fork emblem, and a lightbar for like a third of the price of that one. :headscratch:
