fricken rain

Post by reelrazor »

I woke up this morning to sunshine pouring in the windows.

Figured I would make up some breakfast, let it warm up a bit and get a 100 mile sunday ride in...

Nooope. Before the sausage was done, the clouds moved in. It is daaaark and pouring now.

Dammit. I need to move back to somewhere without winters.

Well, it could always be worse. It's been amazing weather for the last 7 weeks and I'm gonna rush and try to finish buttoning up my bike today so I can ride for the first time in about 2 months. banghead banghead :swear :swear

About 75 degree's today. Was outside working on the pop up camper all day. Not a fun project but has to be done by spring. Trying to take advantage of the good weather right now.

Yeah, 'sposed to be near 60 here coming into the weekend. I think that is gonna be the last hurrah for me. Although, it was a few years ago I had to bring my bike outa mothballs 'cause opening day of rifle season(nov15th here) was 83° and sunny as hell.

Yesterday I rode to class in 36 degree weather. I had a big bubble-wrap envelope under my jacket on my chest and snowboarding pants over my jeans lol
