Hi,

well they are certainly better than my hose clamps & thin strips that I used for aligning my two stroke pipes. :whistle

Have you tapped into my pc? Im looking for a slip on to mount under my tail right now. I have a friend who said he will run the pipe and fit it using stainless. I cant wait. Thats my winter project to run the undertail exhaust using the existing 99-02 r6 tail.

V8,
C clamps would have to be VERY carefully tightened not to distort the pipe, if using two I found they were a hinderence only allowing tack welds at not always the best position (unless you faffed about a lot with the clamps& pipe weight was a factor as to where you could put them.)

Hose clamps with in my case 3 lolly sticks were ideal 3d support not much chance of distorting the pipe,
