in reference to jet kit needles... when they say ''raise or lower'' the clip... i'm not sure which way they mean. our needles are sideways so which end is the ''top'' and which end is the ''bottom''? is the pointy end the bottom? i've never known a needle to have a top or bottom so i don't freakin know. i assume the pointy end is the bottom and moving the clip down richens the midrange...

im pretty sure the 1'st position is closest to the pointy end of the needle.

S,
if it is as you say the clip nearest the pointy end would be the highest you could raise the needle out of the needle jet.(richest setting )

I think you should reverse your numbering

Actually I never pay attention to numbers except to see where it is now and move it one up or down to lean or richen the mixture from what it is now & then sketch where it was in my note book and then write where it is now. That way I have abase line to work from or back to if I screw it up.
