I have a 93 3rd owner 100% stock bike. pretty clean 25K miles
I was thinking about copping the tail, and try to make it look more modern. But Im woried about making it worth less. I dont plan on selaing it but u never know .

As long as you have $500 to swap a tail/tank out, then by all means... course, this will lead you down a path of frustration and loneliness.

Your bike is in really nice shape. Mine was too, but that didn't stop me.

Sound advice,
I decided when I bought my FZR it was going to stay stock, YEH right ,

So I have made the decision only to do mods that can be reversed and keep the stock parts for the next owner. Well at 69 they will make me give up riding which is only 8 years away.

^^^^^ That sucks!! I dont think they have that out in AZ move state side.

looks pretty good to me stock, but i'm sure you could do a good job. Billy_Awesome has a black FZR with a tail you should look at.
