FZR 1000 low engine number

Hi All, I collect a few old Yamahas and have just picked up a FZR 1000 1/87, Australian delivered compliance plate number 000286 the strange thing is it has a number stamped on the frame 196/200 which i would love to think could be a limited edition but I can not find any info on any such markings. Can anyone shine a light on this for me. Cheers Aussie Dave
