So I moved back up to Williamsport, PA this weekend cuz school started today. And I'm having some major fzr withdrawl. Its a gorgeous day out, surrounded by smooth twisty mountain roads and the FZR is 2.5 hours away

I won't get to ride until I go back this weekend to help my gf move.
How do you guys cope???

I feel for ya. When I had my bike apart, it was killing me to see other people out riding.
There is nothing you can do.... it will haunt you in your sleep.
Sleep tight!

I had to tear my bike down right in the meat of the season. I just got it back together last Monday after 6 weeks of being incapacitated. Seeing all the other bikes around is like watching another dude get it on with your girl.

Cope?! You can cope?! I haven't been able to ride for 2 weeks and I'm dying! I'm afraid I've forgotten how...

Cope? I'm coming to the end of a 1 1/2 year build. Every time I see or hear another bike, it jsut adds fuel to the fire to get it done. Or atleast rideable for now. It's driving me so nuts that my wife is even not giving me crap about how much I want to work on it.

Easy solution.......well, maybe not financially...
Multiple bikes.
Yup, two is better than one....three better than two....etc., etc.,

Heh, you'll live ...
also, where is Williamsport PA and where are you moving FROM ??? ABS and Luke-a-tron are up in Pennsylvania also, and I'm north of DC. Depending on where you are maybe there's a possible Saturday ride.
Anyway, +1 on the multiple bikes. What's a real

itch is when the doctor tells you you can't ride ANY OF THE THREE BIKES FOR ANOTHER MONTH!

You can put a picture of this torn-down bike for your "signature", that will at least be educational for the rest of us. Or even a picture of it back together again.

Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.

I read this thread before I answered mine about the World Series. LOL
You know what you need to do now? Buy a scooter! For school purposes.

yam- Williamsport is like central PA. The bike is in southern pa near york and gettysburg. There's supposed to be a PA ride coming up...if someone ever gets their bike together.
mark- I could prolly pick up an old lonely fzr for the price of a scooter
