hi I have a fox twin clicker from my fzr600 91 and would like to get it rebuilt.. dunno if ita something I can do my self or a garage im pretty good with the tools I say... is it just a case of having to replace oring type seals inside the bottle ?? sorry if I sound like I dont know what im talking about I have never touched shocks before so dont know much about it haha... are these oil filled ? I was reading that they have nitrogen put in them ?

also im based in the uk so if theres a supplier for parts on these that be brilliant
