The Wave

This was something I found with stumble.
I love how it mentions the feelings and emotions that you experience when you share a wave with another rider. Even after the initial excitement of riding, I still get
that feeling every time I get a wave back from a rider.

Very good article. I notice the "wave" from all type of rider's and you can tell the newer riders in my area. I should say 1st bike, riders. The new rider's are just saving gas money and drive from point A to point B with no "wave". They will learn.

I also like being a part of the crowd he mentioned, the "young crotch rocket guys who are carrying on the tradition."

i dont care what type of bike someone is on i will still give a wave or at the very least a nod if i am clutching. i also have extended my wave to include all law enforcement officers (both on and off bikes but DEF on them)

Awesome article, thanks, I'm passing it on to friends here.
Yeah, I even wave at kids walking on the sidewalks. I at least nod if I can't take hands off.

Oh yeah, I definitely agree with waving to any kind of bike, I was just saying I like being the young whipper snapper on the crotch rocket carrying on the tradition to the guys on the Fat-boys, sportsters, V-stars, and all those other big bad bikes. And I too include law enforcement!

EEk.. dunno.. sometiems I do, sometimes I don't.. I guess it depends on how many other vehicles are around me..
I've done it more often than not lately, but most of the people riding scooters here seem to suffer from an identity crisis..
They'll wear an open face helmet with one of them button on shields wearing pants with sandals and no socks..... Most of em wear a muscle shirt as well..
