Where do you get your insurance?! Mine is like 400+ every 6 months..... and all I have is liability and comprehensive with a 100 deductible (there are some @$$holes in our town that will knock you bike down and walk away. Happened to a buddy of mine). If I wreck mine, it's up to me to replace it or get it back on the road..95FZR600 wrote:I hear ya! Thats a good thing to do then. I was just wondering because I have 2 bikes fully insured and its like $144/year.

Re: My new project/toy.
I was at a Honda Motorcycle Museum yesterday and I don't think I saw any of these. I'm gonna go back next week and take some pictures.

Re: My new project/toy.
well I have definately decided to restore it for a profit and use the $$ for a 1000cc shifter kart project.
Should be fun.

Re: My new project/toy.
Oh, that would probably be it. I'm 24 and single with one fender bender back in 2005. No speeding tickets, though. I look forward to when I turn 25 and my insurance goes down.95FZR600 wrote:I have mine through the mcgraw group. Im also 38 with a clean record. And its $145 a year. I just paid it.

Re: My new project/toy.
well.... hate to say this... but the project for this bike went out the window...
I sold the honda dream to a collector for what I had in it cause some minor, but very expensive restoration costs were incurred. The tank mainly! It would have put it over-budget by $1000.00 .
I could put that $$$ towards my fzr instead.
So ... dang it. But oh well.
