After we picked up the engine for the Intruder it was all about having fun. The kids are at grandmas for the month so we were able to get away for the weekend and have a great time. I was amazed by the size of that Battleship, its huge.

I finished it last night! ClapHands ClapHands

I spent about 10 hours total getting the engine in and finalizing the install. Took it for a drive and handles like a dream. I have $425.00 in the engine and $300.00 in the bike for a total of $725.00 plus $30 at Auto Zone for misc. to get it up and running with fluids. Ill take some pics later this afternoon.

Wow. That didn't take long either. I should be that lucky. So you have a complete running bike AND spare engine parts for less than a grand? Well done sir!! :shocker

That's correct! $750.00 to be exact. Im going to take the cases and any spares and list them on ebay to cut down on the cost of the engine. Bike runs really smooth. Cant wait to take it on a long run and hit the highway. Adding it to insurance today and getting my plates for it tomorrow. Ill post some pics tonight.
