Re: What's up with sportbike riders?
I saw a good one this morning. Riding a CBR that was too tall for him, had to go tip-toes whenever he stopped. Wearing dress Khakis and some nice looking black dress shoes. Had a helmet and jacket though...

I merely put a dime size hole in the knee of the black dress slacks I was wearing in a 40 mph lowside
small scuff on the shoes and it went away with a good buff n polish!

I figure it's got to be pretty common (tiptoes), there's a lot of short sport bike rider out there. It just doesn't look safe at all (to me anyways).

Tell me about it. The guy that owned my bike before me was about 5' to 5'1". He almost had to lean to one side or the other just to get a toe down. It was more than a little scary.tommyj27 wrote:I figure it's got to be pretty common (tiptoes), there's a lot of short sport bike rider out there. It just doesn't look safe at all (to me anyways).

Here's a good squid shot. No helmet, but he's got gloves on. Maybe he's a hand model.
