Well this justice in the world after all, I just been told via another list the Author of suspension Bible is prepared to send me a signed copy to me direct this weekend YEE HAH
Seems some times it is good to bitch about things like waiting 8 months for a book !

George. I would have happily purchased it for you here in Canada and sent it to you, as I am certain you would do similar for me.

Thanks you FS,Freestyle72 wrote:George. I would have happily purchased it for you here in Canada and sent it to you, as I am certain you would do similar for me.
I have had this book pre-ordered since December/January with Amazon. then I hear that a guy with the Royal Military College Kingston ONT. has a copy and I have not heard a dicky bird from Amazon. So I ping Amazon and they say they can send it from the US delivery 1-4 months

I check myself in the US and it will get 15% discount but delivery July 4th (Hmmm) to August 4th , so I buy it from that source but bitch heartily on the list where the Prof wrote, turns out that one of the guys responsible for the book is on the list too. So I now have a signed copy for cost + shipping leaving the US tomorrow

I am getting to have quite a collection of bike / tech books written by some of the biking tech Illuminati signed by the authors. That will give the grand children something to talk about and squabble over the selling price LoL

Let us know how good that carb tuning book is. Because I am actually interested now, especially since I am going with pods.

Err the carb book is not the one that is arriving it is thew suspension bible that is being signeed.
I am interested in the Carb book BUT I have not found anyone who has read it just people who have heard of it.
Since the original was written for TWO strokes and specifically for ATV's & Snow mobile I thought the States & Canadian guys would know it as we have virtually none of those contraptions here in the UK.
The new volume has stuff about our CV type carbs & flat slides for 4 strokes which it is now more interesting to us as a community.
