Light Bulbs! Hard to replace =[

Post by Brutal Tooth »

I have been looking around town for some replacement 12v 35/35/w double filaments and can only find watts around 50 and 60.... Has any one just bought some 60/55w bulbs and stuck them in their bike to see what would happen? Did you mod the headlight a bit to give it some head resistance? I can't find anything on the interewebs about this kind of mod work. Or will I just have to stick it out and buy some 35/35w bulbs?

Ive used standard H4 bulbs on a few FZRs with no other mods to the headlight circuit and no problems.

I've been using 55w bulbs since last August without a problem.
