carb problem

My carbs were very dirty, bike would not run without choke on.
So I took them out and cleaned them. Bike starts and runs very well now
it just wont rev above 3 grand without bogging out.

Did you sync and adjust the float bowls? Also i think that the main jet runs the bike at 3000 so you might want to look into that. Maybe theyre not screwed in tight.

No I did not sync or adjust the float bowls , mainly because I don't know how. I did clean the main jets.
Looks like I'll be taking them off again.

Is the exup valve connected to the servo? Bike won't do much if that's stuck closed.
