Crashed and burned

well 4 weeks ago...some days after i first said hi here I was just about finished with my bike and was going to the dealership near me to check out a sound in my engine I didnt like.....just some kilometers away from home

And i put my bike on the ground...BAD

I broke my shoulder and sprained knee wrist and thumb
and the bike....well head on with a beemer witch was totaled
I was rushed to the emergency and coudnt wait o get out the next day to see my bike
Was a sad thing to see, looked like bunch of scrap metal
(i'll post pics of it later) forks fokked, engine fokked, the frame bits that is under the engine fokked, tank cover fokked, brake discs fokked, seats fokked
front fender fokked

I bought a donor bike the next week and started rebuilding it

Now it runs but i got some trouble with the electrical but i was a little trip arround the block and it felt real nice

Glad to see you made it out. Kudos for gettin right back on the horse too. Good to see you managed to salvage the tail. Same exhaust too right? Did the mirrors get fooked?

Well, hope your healing and be careful when riding. Post up some pics of the crashed bike and some closeups of the one your fixing up. Glad to see ya back on a bike.

UFF Good you came out alright. And +1 on getting back on the bike so fast. They say that there is 2 kinds of bikers; the ones thats been in a big chrash,and the ones that still haven´t. Take it easy,and lets se some pics of the rebuild.

HA HA HA mirrors...yea I woud say! One of them i never even found, same with the tail light must have ended up far away,
But I bought new and same mirrors today they arent that xpencive

And yea same exhuast.....just some minor scrathes ....wierd tho since that was the side I went down on

Annyways i seem to be healing fine just some pain left and cant bend me knee fully yet but thats ok
